Once a performance date or service has been agreed upon, your contract will be issued. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
For performances, talks and workshops, a promotional packet will be sent to you upon receipt of a deposit. This packet contains the materials you will need to promote your production or event.....photos, brochure, flyer, poster, news releases, 30- second broadcast script, ad and postcard layouts and program. All materials come camera ready, most pieces in black and white and color. Your organization is responsible for reproducing and distributing said materials.
For events and professional services a timeline and action plan outline will be issued upon receipt of deposit.
